Designing and installing well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling. 

Configuring network software. 

Performing troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network  

Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the network. 

Testing and configuring software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices. 

-Ensuring the network operates securely. 

-Providing technical support to co-workers. 

-Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their own work. 

-Collaborating with other members of the IT team and management. 

-Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions. 

-Evaluate network performance, find ways of improvement and make necessary upgrades to the network infrastructure as needed. 

-Maintain ISO procedure for related activities. 

-Submit achievements reports on a cycle basis as agreed with the direct manager. 

-Setting objectives on the PRD system according to the department and company objectives.  

-Handle any additional assignment requested by the direct manager according to the business needs.
