Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance. Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plansaccordingly. Design and implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth anddevelopment. Collaborate with leadership to drive cultural transformation initiatives and foster a positive workenvironment. Design and deliver training programs to develop employees' skills and capabilities in alignmentwith business goals. Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content across variousfunctional areas. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and improve overall employeesatisfaction. Lead initiatives to recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements. Support the performance management process by providing guidance and training to managersand employees. Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans as needed. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees andmanagers. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all HRpolicies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration,or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 3+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on organizational development and training. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at alllevels of the organization. Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs. Experience with change management initiatives and organizational culture transformation. SHRM or CIPD certification is a plus
