- Conduct bidding meetings and price negotiation.
- Evaluate technical and financial proposals.
- Establish and negotiate contract terms and payment conditions.
- Prepare procurement plans and periodic reports.
- Evaluate the final product’s overall performance, reliability, and safety
- Estimate the budget and scope of projects.
From 5 – 7 years’ Experience. BSc. in Civil or Arch Engineering.MS Office.AutoCAD.Primavera is a plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
