Responsibilities :-

• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investor meetings, conferences, and calls.
• Conduct financial analysis and research to support investor communications and decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments relevant to our industry.
• Assist in the development of investor communication strategies and messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure consistency and accuracy in external communications.
• Support the planning and execution of investor events, such as earnings calls, roadshows, and investor conferences.

Qualifications :-

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• 1-2 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of investor relations software and databases is a plus.
