Job Description:
Must be able to develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals
Plan strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the attain sales targets
Initiate and coordinate with the sales team to implement development action plans to penetrate new markets
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
Provides accurate, competitive pricing for approval with scope for maximum profit margins.
Maintains accurate record of all pricing, sales and activity reports.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction<br/><br/>Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue

Job Skills
•5 to 7 years' experience as a Sales Manager and marketing experience in Detergent based products
•Gulf Experience would be an added advantage
