We are currently seeking an organized, reliable, detail and service-oriented warehouse Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. You will ensure the proper preservation of Company Assets.

Please find hereunder some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Handle multiple warehouse operations & overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implementing operational P&P in order to maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards in accordance with legal regulations.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of multiple warehouse activities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Monitoring the inventory process & preparing the timely detailed reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with Management, employees & third parties.
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory stock management.
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods & to be familiarity with the standard concepts and best practices in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, under pressure & dynamic environment.
• To ensure having a good experience & familiar with warehouse software programs & applications.
• Ensuring the safety of staff as well as to ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Supervise and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Motivating and disciplining staff.
• Assisting with any other assigned tasks to facilitate the works where required.

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Managing multiple warehouses is a MUST
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls management.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational 7 multitasking skills.
• Strong people skills.
• Available to work extended hours.

Knowledge
