Job Scope:

As a Surveying Engineer at Sharm Dreams Co., you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction and development projects by conducting surveys, collecting data, and providing accurate measurements and assessments. Working closely with our project teams, you will contribute to the planning, design, and execution of various infrastructure and construction initiatives. Your expertise in surveying techniques and equipment will ensure the successful implementation of our projects, meeting quality standards and timelines.

Your Role’s Key Responsibilities:

·     Conduct land surveys and topographic mapping to gather data for project planning and design.

·     Utilize surveying instruments and equipment such as total stations, GPS, and levels to accurately measure and record field data.

·     Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation, including boundary surveys, subdivision plats, and as-built surveys.

·     Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment of survey data with project requirements and specifications.

·     Provide technical support and guidance to field survey teams, ensuring adherence to surveying standards and procedures.

·     Analyze survey data and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies, resolving issues to maintain accuracy and reliability.

·     Assist in the interpretation of survey findings and the development of design solutions for infrastructure and construction projects.

·     Maintain survey equipment and tools, performing regular calibration and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

·     Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during survey operations, prioritizing the well-being of personnel and property.

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certification or licensure as a surveyor is preferred.
• Proven experience in land surveying, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in surveying software and technology, including AutoCAD, GIS, and surveying instruments.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites and work in varying weather conditions.
