1. Formulate cosmetics based on key and new ingredients that meet customer’s requirements.
2. Research and develop new technologies and trends to produce new products and to develop the existing ones to give our company the competitive edge in the cosmetics market place.
3. Work on effectively translating ideas and concepts into new formulas while effectively working within the required time-frame and budget
4. Complete stability study to guarantee a product that will remain stable throughout the claimed shelf life and analyze stability data to help superiors with decision-making regarding formula stability
5. Analyze all active ingredients to ensure the efficacy of our products.
6. Work in parallel with the production is to provide them with the manufacturing procedures of the new products and attending the scaling up of the first 3 batches.
7. Work in parallel with the QC & the QA department to provide them with the specifications for the analysis of new products and the manufacturing procedures to monitor the production.
8. Fulfill Technical MOH requirements during registration process.
9. Work on re-development of existing products when requested (to lower cost, improve performance, improve stability, improve processing … etc.)
10. Work on cost-reduction/cycle time and alternative raw materials projects and batches manufacturing when required.
11. Work in parallel with the marketing department to develop a successful product. Samples of the new products are sent to the marketing department to be tested by volunteers in focus groups.
12. All the Scientific data claimed on the new products are to be supplied by the R&D Department and technical revisions of artworks
13. Follow up with fellow junior R&D team members on their project progress.

     14.Ensure the implementation of HSE regulations.
