Service Center Supervisor / Engineer

  • Managing and solving all Complaints (If repeated for same reason)
  • Manage daily ,weekly and monthly performance for all Technicians (KPIs)
  • Controlling Spare Parts availability 
  • Allocating and scheduling the technician visits based on alignment with Call Center Part 
  • Tracking the customer Satisfaction level 

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical , Electronics)Good English & Ms. Office Skills Communication & Leadership Skills Experience in Consumer Electronics field (3 Years at least in service center management)Cairo or Giza Resident
