A reputable FinTech company is seeking to hire immediately a “ Program Manager ” :

• Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
• Coordinate cross-project activities.
• Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management.
• Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors.
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI.
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues.
• Prepare reports for program directors.
• will be deciding on appropriate strategies and objectives, coordinate activities across projects, and provide adequate leadership styles.
• Will be acting as a partner with internal and external stakeholders and take primary accountability for project successful delivery and operations. Along with developing and maintaining partnerships with third-party resources including vendors and researchers.
• will take direct responsibility for project planning, controlling progress, identifying and resolving risks and issues, managing budget/scope/schedule, and ensuring compliance with all related governance and reporting processes. You will work on several concurrent internal and client-facing financial technology projects.
