Customer Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Supervising the Customer Service staff on their daily responsibilities.
• Following up on received complaints & corresponding to sender.
• Ensures adherence to GUC policies & values through monitoring and coaching staff.
• Communicating with other departments to facilitate problem solving.
• Providing staff with updated received information & answer their inquiries.
• Monitoring calls queue and take calls in times of high call volume
• Assisting and replacing Customer Service Manager during absence.
• Preparing reports when needed.

3. Ability to multi-task under pressure & meet deadlines in timely manner.
4. Knowledgeable, reliable & demonstrates a high level of integrity
5. Details oriented with excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. Education: University graduate.
2. Eight + years customer service experience with at least two years in a supervisory position (Previous experience in customer service is a must).
3. Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
4. Excellent computer skills.
