Muqbis is looking for an Ecommerce customer service that that holds knowledge of both traditional customer service and ecommerce business practices. Ecommerce customer service specialists are responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and other issues from customers who have purchased products or services online.

Ecommerce customer service specialists must be able to quickly assess the situation at hand and determine the best course of action to take. They may need to research product details or company policies in order to provide accurate information and resolve any issues.


Minimum 1 year experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS roleFamiliarity with our industry is a plusExperience using help desk software and remote support toolsUnderstanding of how CRM systems workExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMulti-tasking  & time management abilitiesPatience when handling tough cases
