  • Manage the day to day work of the Chairman Office, ensuring smooth and seamless flow of work.
  • Ensure the Chairman’s travel and internal/external appointments and Executive diaries are coordinated to maximize efficiency and effective time management.
  • Organize Board meetings, Executive meetings & events and engage members effectively in internal/external communication.
  • Capable of taking professional meeting minutes and follow up on urgent requests by the Chairman.
  • Coordinates preparation and timely dissemination of company reports and slide presentations for business meetings.
  • Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative AssistantKnowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and BoomerangExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsFluency in English & Arabic, written and spoken, and excellent drafting skills.
