• Responsible for modifying and revising programmers as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
• Support and assist line managers and coaches to solve specific training problems, either on an individual basis or in groups.
• Responsible for supervising the work of the training team.
• Responsible for evaluating the performance of the training team and developing functional plans to develop their performance.
• Responsible for communicating with the factory management and internal quality to develop their training plans and implement the factory’s second-grade development programs.
• Responsible for designing and implementing the assessment center and preparing its reports.
• Responsible for designing and preparing reports and presentations on training activities.
• Responsible for participating in updating blind client checklists.
• Responsible for communicating with hidden business companies to resolve and manage comments related to the evaluation of all branches.
• Responsible for monthly visits to branches to monitor employee performance.
Bachelor Degree with matching major.10-15 years hands-on experience in OD , L&D , & Training , preferable within Hospitality , Hotels , FMCG , Food & Beverages.Fluent in English Language.Professional User of MS Office.Effective Presentation & Communication Skills.
