Capital Placement is seeking a Recruitment and Customer Experience Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting candidates with their enquiries, managing various communication channels, and providing detailed guidance on our programs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the candidate experience and streamlining the recruitment process.About usWe created Capital Placement over 10 years ago as a platform to simplify international internships for university students and recent graduates looking for global work experience. Today, we provide our customers with opportunities to intern in some of the most exciting cities in the world, including but not limited to, London, New York and Singapore.Role ResponsibilitiesInitial Engagement & ShortlistingMonitor communication channels consistently to assist candidates with their enquiries.Handle large volumes of candidates simultaneously and respond promptly via phone, email, or chat.Ensure all candidates have a full understanding of the application process and programme offerings while managing their expectations.Stay up-to-date with key employability and industry trends across all programme locations to best advise candidates.Candidate Assessment & SelectionShortlist candidates based on clients' requirements to match them with the most suitable opportunities.Promote specific opportunities to candidates, highlighting the benefits and suitability of the roles.Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) checks to ensure the selection process adheres to high standards and fairness.Interview candidates. Given a typical programme may receive around 3,000 applications a month, filter these candidates down to 100 through multiple stages of assessment.Manage administrative tasks required in the recruitment process, ensuring all paperwork and digital records are accurately maintained and processed.Data Management & AnalysisProduce weekly recruitment reports as requested by the client, detailing progress, candidate funnel metrics, and key insights into the recruitment process.Update internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with candidates.Update customer data trackers, analyse, and share trends with recruitment, placement, and marketing teams.Post-Selection Support & Team CollaborationEnsure a smooth transition from recruitment to the placement stage for successful candidates.Support other team members when necessary.RequirementsExcellent English communication skills.Experience in handling large recruitment processes or managing a large volume of customers.
