- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies related to raw materials.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and reliability of raw material supply chains.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, including production, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of research activities, test results, and project milestones.
A bachelor's degree in chemistry, preferably with an advanced degree, is preferred.2 years of experience in raw material research and development, preferably in plastic.Strong understanding of relevant technical areas, e.g., polymer.Proficiency in data analysis.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
