- Job Title : Low Current Support.
- Reports to : Infrastructure Manager.
- Department : Information Technology.
Main responsibilities and duties :-
- Supervise and provide oversight of the Operators who staff the Monitoring room in branches.
- Ensure the Monitoring room Operators are fully trained, skilled, and proficient in all technologies required to execute their role.
- Learn and manage the access control system, alarm monitoring, IP Surveillance system and video recording systems.
- Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks and other equipment used in video surveillance systems.
- Monitor, operate and communicate using all forms of equipment.
- Making note of any unusual occurrences and interacting with security department.
- Operating computer systems that monitor surveillance camera feeds for activity.
- Installing and maintaining security equipment such as alarms or access control systems to ensure the efficient working of the monitoring room.
- Conduct regular system inspections, tests, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety regulations.
- keep the management information system up to date and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports, as required.
- Study layout of club branches.
- Ensuring that the control room and all equipment is always maintained satisfactorily by manufacturing documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
- Ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures and the codes of practice.

Formal Qualifications Required (Education, Experience, Skills, Exposure, etc.) :-
Academic Qualification :-
- B.Sc. in information technology, computer science, or information engineering or any equivalent B.Sc.
Certification or Affiliation (Specific requirements) :-
- CCNA switching and routing.
Experience (length & type/exposure) :-
- 2 to 3 years of similar experience, including local and wide area networks management.
Work Conditions :-
- 2 days off Friday and Saturday.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
