We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
The successful candidate will be able to accept.
Responsibilities :
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
-Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Requirements :
- Fluent English Speaker.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Job Information:
- Job Type: Full time.Morning shift Hours 9:00 am. - 6:00 pm. (Saturday & Sunday) off.
- Night shift Hours 4:00 pm. - 12:00 am. (Saturday & Sunday) off.
- Salary:Basic 2.5k to 5k + commission up to 5k + Daily & Weekly Bounces.
- Work Location: Tyran street beside rabaa square ,Nasr City, Cairo.
