A Management Consulting company is hiring HR Specialist
Basic Requirements:
• Giza or Mohandessein resident is preferred
• 1-3 Years of experience in HR field
• HR Diploma is a plus
• Gender: Female/ male
• Presentable
• Fluent English
The required vacancy is needed to perform the following tasks:
Conduct interviews with customer’s employees for job analysis.
Design Job Description for each position. .
Handle recruitment and selection process of customers, coordinating with department managers and section heads, starting from posting the job, screening CVs till hiring candidates.
Set recruitment policies for customers.
Advise and implement suitable archiving and personnel activities.
