Job description; includes but not limited to:
• Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of strategies that will help to achieve the organization’s mission and core objectives.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on all aspects of organization development.
Job requirements:
- Excellent knowledge about Egyptian labor law
- Post graduate study in Human Resources Management is preferred
- Excellent command of English language.
