About the Vacancy

We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Development Manager to guide the project development process under the supervision of development director, through different project steps up to and including the practical completion to ensure the achievement of the project vision your Job Responsibilities will be including & not limited to:

Enable higher management levels to reach decisions and determine the form in which the project is to proceed: Prepare development briefs and reports including identification of opportunities / risks; site conditions; outline project / stakeholder requirements; cost estimates and anticipated revenues; market studies; range of consultants and others to be engaged for the project; project feasibility studies & appraisals; funding options; project timeframe; proposed future actions and recommendations.

Ensure the procurement of different services and timely availability of funds through different project stages: Prepare and obtain different documents required for the preparation and approval of preliminary, investment and project budgets by different stakeholder in compliance with AFGRE policies and procedures.

Ensure the functional, technical and financial feasibility of the project through different stages: Obtain information on project costs and anticipated revenues; communicate information to different teams to prepare feasibility business cases.

Report on progress and take corrective measure to ensure the achievement of the project vision and KPIs: Monitor performance; report on development; review programs and confirm cost and program compliance with business cases and to present designs to ensure adherence to time, cost and quality requirements.

About You 

As a Senior Development Manager; you need to demonstrate the following Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications & Knowledge: B.Sc. in Architecture, Civil Engineering or construction Engineering.

Minimum Experience needed:

- 15 Years of Experience in Development.

- At least 5 Years of Experience in Real Estate Management position.

Job Specific Skills:

- Arabic & English proficiency is a must.

- Professional skills in MS office & AutoCAD.

Behavioural Competencies:

- Ability to work under high pressure and carrying out simultaneous multi-tasks.

- Self-motivated with high leadership, organizational & communication skills.

- Highly committed and up to the company's code of ethics.
