- Implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives with the Social Media Manager.
- Lead the social media conversation, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Create a prosper online community by fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, competitor analysis, and identifying key audience conversations.
- Mentor junior social media team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and their unique functionalities.
- Develop and execute data-driven social media campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals.
- Respond to all given social media accounts and handling the activities done on the social media platforms.
- Collect and Monitor comments and feedback from Social Media users.
- Serve in the day-to-day engagement and conversation for all our social media accounts.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing all information regarding our products.
