Options Outsourcing is seeking a full-time, on-site Call Center Manager to join our team in Giza, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations at a call center, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality services, resolving complex customer service issues, and managing a team of call center agents and team managers. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management, with experience managing teams in a high-volume call center environment Experience in customer service, operations, and project managementProven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to attract, retain and motivate employees in a highly competitive market Demonstrated skills in problem solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment Previous experience in the US market
