Account Management:

  • Develop and implement account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategic account growth.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and goals, and proactively address concerns or issues to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and business reviews to communicate performance metrics, discuss strategies, and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

   Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue them to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential areas for business development and differentiation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market penetration.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, demonstrating the value proposition and benefits of partnering with the company.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new partnerships and agreements.

Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with a minimum of [3] years of experience in client-facing positions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering value and driving results.Language qualifications:Fluent in English
