The objective of the Graphic Designer position is to leverage strong design skills and creativity to develop visually compelling graphics, videos, and digital designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating impactful marketing materials and maintaining a consistent brand identity across various platforms. By utilizing expertise in design software and staying updated on industry trends, the Graphic Designer will contribute to enhancing the visual presence of our brand and supporting the overall marketing objectives of the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media posts, website banners, and advertisements.
  • Digital Design: Create captivating designs for digital platforms, including website interfaces, mobile applications, and email templates. Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with current design trends.
  • Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, and animations. Use video editing software to enhance visual elements, transitions, and effects.
  • Branding and Identity: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials. Ensure brand guidelines are followed and reflected in all visual assets.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. Incorporate feedback and suggestions into design iterations.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and others, to create high-quality designs. Stay updated on the latest design tools and techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Creative Ideation: Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to elevate the visual impact of our marketing campaigns and materials. Stay informed about design trends and apply them creatively to enhance our brand's visual presence.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Maintain organized design files and assets for easy accessibility and future reference.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of design materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Proofread content to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.

Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Marketing is preferred. A background in IT is also advantageous.A minimum of 1–5-year continuous experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.Proficient in graphic design, video editing, and digital design concepts.Strong knowledge and experience in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.A portfolio showcasing a range of creative and visually impactful designs across different mediums.Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within given timelines.Ability to effectively communicate ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.Creativity, innovation, and a passion for staying updated on design trends and industry advancements. Problem analysis and solving skills.Good reading and written communication skills in both English and Arabic languagesExcellent attention to detail Stress tolerance
