A well-capitalized multi-asset and financial trading brokerage in Cairo is seeking to hire “ Sales Executive” to join their team. 

Location: New Cairo 

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Work with their customers to provide information on how to invest their money, inform them about a product or service using scripts while making sure they meet all their needs and understanding their requirements.
• Take meetings with customers, either in-person or over the phone, to answer questions they have and provide feedback on how their account is performing.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate and handle complaints or objections and close deals.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information on CRM system.
• Manage / update customer’s information in the database.
• Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
