As an Oracle Apps Team Lead at Mashura Consultants, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of developers to design, develop, and implement Oracle applications and solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle applications and solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Customize and extend Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), etc., to meet business needs.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages to support business processes and enhance system performance, providing technical guidance and oversight to team members as needed.
• Integrate Oracle applications with third-party systems and external APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability, and overseeing integration efforts within the team.
• Oversee unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality, usability, and reliability of developed solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team, sharing best practices, conducting code reviews, and promoting continuous learning and improvement within the team.
