  • Responsible for formulating the company’s respective financial management system, managing and examining methods of inner control.
  • Participating in supervising and directing the subsidiary to formulate and perfect its financial account system and related operating procedures and detailed implementing rules.
  • Organizing and formulating the financial revenue and expenditure plan and funds plan carrying out the plans and check their implementation, to make sure the funds supply.
  • Supervising the implementation of each department budget of the Company.
  • Collecting, classifying and summarizing the budget and final settlement report forms of each subsidiary; monitoring the implementation of the yearly budget of each subsidiary company and analyzing the cause for the differences.
  • Combined with the company's development strategy and project development capital needs, complete company-level financing and specific project financing.
  • Follow up the company's cash flow income and expenditure, and provide timely operating guidance from the company's overall operation level.
  • Analyzing the implementation of these plans at regular intervals and reporting to CEO.
  • Preparing forecasting report for currency changing and find safety ways to avoid any risk.
  • Organizing the financial analysis regularly or irregularly; submitting the financial analysis report to provide basis for the Company decision making.
  • Accomplishing financial prediction and risk analysis for the new invested project.
  • Coordinating with the group internal auditing work; Being responsible for contacting the external auditing, and participating in the internal auditing; implementation of the subordinate companies, to guarantee the legality of the auditing.
