We're FPC Textiles, the subsidiary of the Saudi company contributing to the mother company FIPCO for packaging and filling.

We're looking for an exceptional, highly skilled & expert talent who really practically knows everything that's going on, in Procurement Management in The Textile Industry so, deeply knowing how to effectively reach out & communicate with all wanted suppliers, especially machinery suppliers along with searching for the right/new products to be produced by certain selected / internal machinery, along also with of course running the procurement operations generally & for certain materials and searching for textile experts and products.

As an expert Procurement/Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and integrating the procurement functions within a textile manufacturing company. This role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, and ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials and other supplies needed for textile production, while also managing the overall procurement operations.

» Duties and responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive procurement strategies to support the company's production goals and financial objectives.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new suppliers, negotiate favorable pricing, and secure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a diversified supplier base, continuously evaluating their performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring and analysing procurement data, such as spend, lead times, and supplier performance, to identify cost-saving opportunities and improving efficiency.
- Implementing and overseeing procurement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Providing procurement-related reporting and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.c
