- Assist in the planning, initiation, execution, and closure phases of projects under the guidance of senior project managers. Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Support senior project managers serving as a point of contact for project stakeholders, both internal teams, and external clients. Assist in communicating project status, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with stakeholders on project objectives.
- Learn and support Agile Scrum practices and methodologies within the project team. Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Assist in managing project resources including team members, scope, and budget. Learn to allocate resources efficiently to support productivity and timely project delivery.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks throughout the project lifecycle, under the guidance of senior project managers. Contribute to the development of risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
