  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, educating them on FlapKap's services and advantages.
  • Present and demonstrate FlapKap's financing solutions, effectively conveying the value proposition and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement tailored strategies to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Follow up with leads and negotiate terms of engagement to ensure successful conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and continuously update the CRM system.

Proven track record of success in sales or telesales roles, preferably in the financial services industry.Strong persuasive communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex concepts.Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong customer service orientation.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.Familiarity with digital-native businesses and an understanding of their financing requirements will be an advantage.Fluency in English is a MUSTFlexibility to work as per UAE working hours and days is a MUST
