Telesales Specialist

As a Tele-Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales over the phone. You will use your excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. 

#Your main duties will include:

  • Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and interests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets on a monthly basis.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  •  Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Bachelor’s degree required.Have at least two years of experience as a tele-sales Specialist B2B.Preferred to be residents of Maadi, Zahraa Maadi, Madinat Nasr, and the fifth settlement.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changes as needed.Ability to resolve issues, excellent communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
