Job DescriptionPresent, promote and sell products /services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.Reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Continuously improve through feedback.Receive data (Leads, Clients) Receive data from the Data Management Department on the CRM system.Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information.Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Job RequirementsProven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleHigh school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus1 year experience at least in telesales field is must.Familiar with using the CRM system.Excellent use of MS Office (Word & Excel).Excellent Communication skills.
