- Inspect & Analyze servers’ hardware, software inventory, and push windows updates & security batches.
- Monitor all servers’ services, virtual machines (VMS), Network Connections, although monitor’s Datacenters physical devices.
- Solve technical and operational challenges in the scope of IT reported by users.
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.1 to 3 Years of experience in IT related fields.CCNA certified or self-study is a must. MCSA knowledge is preferable. Familiarity with L2/L3 networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting (Vlans – Port security – Access Lists – Routing). Very good English level is required. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.Problem solving and good analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.Maximum Age 28.
