• Manage whole process for product flow. • Follow up Shipping documents • Submitted accurate monthly reports to management for forecasting, inventory plan, & on- Time availability. • Responsible to transfer invoices timely to the Finance department to register for payment to all suppliers and forwarders. • Handle shipping and clearance-related documentation. • Make sure all company policies and procedure are follow. • Communicate and update the product delivery dates to the sales & Marketing team in case of any deviations
• At least 3 years of experience • A degree in Accounting/Commerce • Excellent knowledge of computer use, Office, Internet, Access etc. • Preferred retail or FMCG experience • Fluent in Arabic & English language is a must.
