HR Supervisor
He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing HR plans and procedures in consistency with the whole organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage the yearly human resources budget, submit periodic HR metrics for Management’s use such as turnover reports, personnel inventories and payroll reports
• On-going maintenance of payroll system and time keeping system
• Interpreting polices in relation to overtime, leaves and payroll calculations to staff
• Perform annual payroll tax reconciliation
• Handle employees social insurance and deal with governmental and labor law issues
• Implement the firm’s benefits and service packages including health care and social insurance
• Implement and design HR forms and policies to ensure that the regulations are followed
• Prepare the annual manpower plan in coordination with the Top Management
• Monitor the recruitment function in terms of advertising, screening and interviewing processes to assure that the quality standards are being maintained
• Set the annual plan for the job descriptions to determine which ones to be updated and/or created
• Developing and implementing policies on various issues such as working conditions, equal opportunities,… etc
• Ensure that the HR team delivers their planned outcomes
• Recommend developments to the HR tools in order to assure they are achieving HR objectives efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• HR certificate or diploma is a plus
