As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our VIP clients for various software applications. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our applications and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software applications.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document and track support requests and their resolutions.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for new software releases.
• Provide training and assistance to end-users as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven 5 to 7 years of experience working in an application support role, preferably in a software or IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good Experience with SQL databases and .Net and Java languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
• Fluency in English & Arabic.
