• Lead and manage the technical team, assign tasks and projects to team members, and ensure they are completed on time and according to specifications.
• Regularly review technical drawings and plans to ensure they accurately reflect project specifications and requirements. Verify dimensions, materials, and construction details to avoid discrepancies during execution.
• Revise and study design drawings in collaboration with the Design Team to complete the technical-drawing aspects of the project efficiently and effectively.
• Delivery of different technical solutions within budget and to the required standard..
• Make regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design intent.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site technical challenges in collaboration with the site team.
• Prepare technical shop drawings, whenever required, on paper and digital format that respond to set technical specifications and quality standards and conform to recognized procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.• Experience needed 5-7years.• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.• Strong technical background with expertise in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools.• Excellent communication.
