Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivables process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify and resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve cash flow, and minimize credit risk.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including aging analysis and collection forecasts, to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in Accounts Receivables to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors and customers to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, preferably in the IT industry.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion for managing Accounts Receivables.Proficiency in financial analysis, credit control, and collections strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
