- Update Organization Chart
- Design and Develop Job Description and Job Specification.
- Collaborate with managers for annual manpower plan and plan cost estimate.
- Responsible for employees onboarding & induction programs.
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Build an annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
- Deliver training courses.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
- Conduct exit interview and prepare exit interview analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.OD solid knowledge is Must.Experience in mass hiring is a plus.Excellent MS Skills.5-7 years of experience as a recruiter & OD with construction background.The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.Proficient writing skills to produce reports on hiring analyses.Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees.Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
