Technical Support:

- Manage the procurement, installation, and configuration of hardware and software.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the organization's IT capabilities.
Data Backup and Recovery:
- Implement and oversee data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical information.
- Test and update backup systems regularly to ensure data integrity and availability.
Cybersecurity:
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats, implementing measures to prevent and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and various operating systems.Familiarity with common cybersecurity practices and risk management.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
