• Creativity and ability to design diverse mega and complex architectural projects
• create 3D/2D models and renderings to help clients visualize designs.
• Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (Civil, Mech., Elect. etc...).
• Good background in building materials and construction methods.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
• Prepare BOQ and Specs.
• Prepare and follow-up technical queries with the Client/Consultants.
• Participate in resolving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
• Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.Ability to produce technical drawings.Experience from (3:6) years.High skills in digital software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D max, MSoffice.• Good English language skills (written and spoken).
