▪ Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
▪ Lead employment branding initiatives
▪ Ensure positive candidate experience
▪ Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers and administer all talent acquisition activities for various projects
▪ Develop, implement, and execute a talent acquisition strategy to fill current openings
Build a pipeline of talents to fill future openings as the company continues rapid growth
Determine the most effective recruiting process based on position/division
▪ Develop and maintain a social recruiting campaign to reach active and passive candidates, including content development, vendor relationship management, and platform management
▪ Facilitate internal hiring process
▪ Monitoring assessment center activities (CBI- Group discussions – role plays)


Bachelor DegreeExperience: from 5 to 8 years in recruitmentEnglish ExcellentExperience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular) Excellent organizational skillsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
