- Ensures that all aspects of a construction project are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Work closely with the project manager to develop and implement systems and procedures to help the project stay on track and within budget.
- Monitor progress against the project schedule and budget.
- Identify and resolve issues that could impact the project’s success
- Prepare reports for project stakeholders detailing progress, risks, and issues
- Develop cost-saving recommendations for the project team
- Have strong analytical skills and be able to think strategically.
- Developing and preparing project schedules using Primavera P6, knowing how to recover and revise the schedule if needed.
- Delay analysis knowledge
- Variation order knowledge
- Technical writing (e-mails,letters, change orders, VI, … other)
- Monitoring budgets, and cost management systems
- Monitoring project performance and progress and providing regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
Mechanical Engineer. 5+ years of experience. Capable of working virtually. ARAMCO's previous experience with the procedure is preferable.Saudi residents and Egypt both locations are required.Excellent communication with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and senior managers.Must understand Project Management, Cost Engineering, Schedule Engineering, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk Management principles.
