  • Responsible for establishing the Department and hiring the needed staff.
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifies opportunities in different sectors to establishing a pipeline which will meet company’s targets.
  • Responsible for establishing value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities.
  • Responsible for prepares business plan and sales forecasting and submitting monthly sales reports.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of product, services, solution, market and competitive know how.
  • Responsible for preparing and submitting to customers technical and financial proposals.
  • Responsible for following up with Purchasing and Operations Department for delivery and implementation of technical solutions, implementation and services.
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

 


Proven work experience as a Senior sales executiveSolid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metricsExcellent communication and team management skillsStrong analytical and negotiation skillsBusiness acumen with a problem-solving attitudeBSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fieldStrong negotiation and consultative sales skills3 to 5 Years of experience in the light current field
