Job Scope:
The HR Director is responsible for developing HR and communication strategies and operational objectives to support organizational objectives and enhance productivity. Provides guidance and advice to company management on a broad array of employee relation topics. The position is directly reporting to the CEO and serves as a member of the executive leadership team.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an HR & communication strategy that will attract, develop and retain ITWORX talent and direct the implementation of all programs and processes
Enhance organization culture to ensure higher standards of operation and increased employee satisfaction
Lead Organization design activities ( such as structure, roles and/or processes) to enhance efficiency and support rapidly changing business demands.
Provide coaching and expert HR advice to company leaders
Develop and implement change management strategies to support critical changes of the business and achieve desired business results
Position, and brand ITWorx as an employer of choice and apply human resource best practices in the Industry
