Role Description
- Inbound and outbound phone calls, WhatsApp messages promptly using standard scripts that responds to different inquires.
- Regularly monitors CRM and ensures regular updates are being made.
- Reviews and approves financial offers and prepares contract documents for review by General Manager prior to negotiation with clients.
- Takes a solutions and consultative selling approach to ensure clients’ needs are accurately met
- Communicates with Marketing campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.
- Explains payment cycle procedures to customers to avoid any ambiguities.
- Processes work order information and handles Jobs' schedules in coordination with the Operations Manager & fleet Manager depending on workers availability.
- Handles customer complaints, provides logical solutions and attempt to resolve the complaint.
- Submits monthly and quarterly Reports to align Management with target achievement and deviations if any.
- Responsible for all client’s relation, existing and new, and reaching highest level of customer satisfaction
- Provide Management and Marketing with all Reports required, sales, and marketing reports
- Make sure sales revenue is achieved and reporting any issue on the spot
