- Responsible for appointment confirmation one day before the clinic by sending confirmation messages to patients.
- Call the patients in case of cancellation or modification in outpatient clinics.
- Handle booking outpatient clinics.
- Manage all inbound calls on time.
- Follow call center scripts while identifying patients’ needs.
- Answers patient’s inquiries and provides proper information to them with a complete understanding of elite services.
- Aware of all insurance companies’ discount limits.
- Handle patients and administrative department inquiries.
- Enter patient information into a customer information system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and assist them with issues/concerns related to their health.
- Aware of Doctors' prices and their scientific degree.
- Responsible for outbound activity which is booking for the digital leads.
- Keep up-to-date with all services we offer and alignment with related parties.
- Maintain call center database by entering correct information.
Bachelor degree.One year of experience is preferred.Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time.
