- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action.
- Assist in Hiring and termination process.
- Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.
- Track employees' absences (regular / irregular) and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
- Revise and maintain attendance system, Payroll Variable entries on HR system, (Leaves, Permission and sick leave).
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.More than 3 years of HR experience, focusing on personnel management.Strong knowledge of employment laws.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.SAP experience is preferred.
