The General Services Section Head should ensure the proper delivery of miscellaneous admin services to the GB Auto organization, including janitorial, catering, security, phone operators, reception desks and mail administration
- Manage the providers of general services to ensure efficiency and quality of service to his site
- Receive invoices from external service providers
- Ensure that all statutory and Company regulations and policies relating to hygiene, safety and fire are enforced and maintained to his site
- Ensure that the on-site security systems in respect of all functions managed are effective and maintained
- Liaise with Establishment Staff to ensure efficient and effective lines of communication are maintained to his site
- Ensure all special functions are completed to the required standard of food and service and are also undertaken within pre-budgeted costs
- Undertake the completion of an appropriate quality audit system on a timely basis, and to compile an action plan regarding audit, to ensure its implementation.
- Receive, classify, reconcile, interpret, consolidate and summarize documents and information.
- Maintain records and balance information for control purposes.
- Oversee and supervise the staff in coordination and planning of support services to other departments.
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite Language Requirements: Very good command of English
